Meet Jenny, the owner and founder of Cognitive SLP. As a speech-language pathologist and certified brain injury specialist, Jenny specializes in skilled cognitive rehab therapy and executive function coaching for school-aged children, adolescents, and adults. Jenny uses a holistic and person-centered approach by combining traditional cognitive-linguistic therapy with metacognitive strategies, mindfulness practices, and growth mindset coaching to improve the client’s well-being and quality of life. Her mission is to provide each client with the tools they need to make meaningful progress toward their goals.
Jenny has clinical experience working with children and adults at Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, in both their inpatient and outpatient settings. Outside of the clinic, she teaches speech-language pathology graduate students at Emerson College. Jenny completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and received her Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Institute of Health Professions.
Outside of work, I enjoy being in nature, trying my hand at new recipes, and spending time with my family and friends.
